Horseheads Youth Lacrosse is for girls grades K thru 12. The summer program focuses on learning the basic skills of lacrosse and applying them to game situations. Each division will be specially designed to focus on these skills, good sportsmanship. teamwork, and fun! 

General Information
Grades:

7-8
9-12

Grades will go by the 2019-2020 school year

Required Equipment
Stick, Goggles, or Helmet and Mouth Guard

Goalies:
Throat Guard, Chest Protector, Helmet, Shin Guards and Mouth Guard

7-8 Grade Program
Program is designed to be 20 minutes skill based, with 40 minutes game based.
Program structure may be adjusted due to participation numbers.

9-12 Grade Program
Program is based on games to be played each Monday and Wednesday
Program structure may be adjusted due to participation numbers.
